Alken-Maes Brewery Grimbergen Double dark abbey ale 12 oz Y From Kontich, Belgium, since the Middle Ages by Norbertine monks. Recipe from the Abbey of Grimbergen just north of Brussels. This is a dark burgundy, brown ale with a white head. It has undergone two fermentations, which give this ale a chocolaty, toffee taste and its Double name.  Very good taste.
Amstel Brewery Amstel Light low cal pilsner 12 oz Y From Amsterdam, Holland, since 1870. Good light lager.
Anchor Brewing Co. Anchor Steam Beer steam beer 12 oz Y From San Francisco, since 1896. Lager yeast, fermented at room temperature for a unique taste.
Anchor Steam Brewery Anchor Porter porter 12 oz Y From San Francisco. A good dark, rich creamy porter. Strong roasty taste. Very good.
Anheiser-Busch Brewery Fairfield, Ca. Pacific Ridge Pale Ale pale ale 12 oz Y Pretty good pale ale, but typically American over-hopped. This one the cascade hops are there, but not too strong.
Anheuser-Busch Brewery Red Wolf red lager 12 oz Y Specialty brewing company hired by Anheuser-Busch. Had amber red color made from roasted barley.
Ayinger Brauerei Altbairisch Dunkel dark Munich style lager 500 ml Y From Ayinger farms outside Munich. Rich chocolaty malty beer. Thick brownish head. Wonderful with food.
Ayinger Brauerei Celebrator doppel bock lager 330 ml Y From Aying, Bavaria, Germany. Excellent example of the doppel bock style.  Optimator maybe better.
Ayinger Brauerei Ur Weisse dunkel hefe weizen 500 ml N From Aying, German. 60% wheat 40% barley.
Ayinger Brauerei Brau Weisse helles hefe weizen ale 500 ml N From Aying, Germany. Very yeasty taste. Not particularly pleasing.
Ballast Point Brewing Co. Yellowtail Pale Ale amber pale ale 22 oz Y Brewed in San Diego in the back of a supply store. Good solid taste.
Bass Breweries Limited Bass Pale Ale amber pale ale 12 oz Y From Burton on Trent, England. This is a amber colored pale ale with an assertive hops finish. The flavor seems to vary. This one was quite bitter. I have had Bass on tap and found it to be balanced.
BBNC Czechvar lager 12 oz Y From Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic.  Great golden lager in the the tradition of Budvar.  Rocky head and a rich taste from the double decoction process.  5% al/vol
Belhaven Brewery St. Andrew's Ale amber ale 500 ml Y From Dunbar, Scotland, since 1719. Good rich ale.
Belhaven Brewery Scottish Ale Scottish ale 12 oz Y From Dunbar, Scotland, since 1719. Roasted malt with a nutty flavor. Very high quality and well round taste. Also comes is a can that has a N2 cartridge.
Bert Grant Brewery Scottish Ale pale ale 12 oz N From Yakima, Washington. Not a true Scottish Ale. Way over hopped. Poor taste.
Big Rock Brewery McNally's Irish ale 12 oz N From Canada. This is a microbrewed product. Very maltly, but with a whang. Odd tasting hops flavor. In general I didn't like it.
Birra Moretti Brewery Birra Friulana pilsner wheat lager 12 oz Y From Udine, Italy, since 1859. Slightly off flavored pilsner, but good taste.
Bitburger Brauerei Bitburger pilsner lager 1 pt 0.9 oz Y From Bitburg, Germany since 1817. Very clear pilsner taste. Slogan is: "Ein Besonders unter den Besten" - special among the best.
Blue Moon Brewing Co. Abbey Ale Trappe ale 12 oz Y Make in Denver. Co. Very nice tasting Trappe almost doppel style. Very quaffable.
